Beef Short Course Opens Soon at County Extension Office
Interest in the Beef Interdepartmental Short Course grows with 56 county enrollees and capacity up to eighty. Sessions run February 27, March 6, 13, and 20 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Each day features Iowa State University specialists in Agricultural Economics, Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, and Entomology with lectures and a noonday meal provided. Enroll by February 15 with $2 fee covering coffee, rolls, and a bound subject packet.
