November 12 1973 Graettinger City Council Meeting Notes
City Hall records show Mayor Pro-Tem Spies presiding with all councilors present. Members discussed not graveling Brown Street then renewed John F Plonsky beer license and granted various building and razing permits. Election results announced and two resolutions on road use tax and 1974 street budget adopted. Executive session set salary and budget amendments, and several claims approved including donations and utility payments.
