Notice is hereby given that Daniel Resh has been appointed and qualified as Executor of the Estate of J M Resh late of Palo Alto County Town deceased. All persons indebted to said estate should pay immediately, and those having claims must file with the Clerk of the District Court duly authenticated for allowance.

Funds support case finding, rehabilitation, medical research, and health education to prevent and control tuberculosis. Seventy four cents stay in Iowa per dollar, six cents go to the National TB Association. Program uses mass x rays, tuberculin testing, and local medical society approvals to locate and treat undiagnosed cases.
