Stolen Mule Arrests Spark Goshen Police Action
In Goshen last night Charles Pierson was arrested at his brother's North Fifth street home on intoxication charges after Paulding Ohio authorities notified local officials he had stolen a mule there. Pierson denied the arrest until the warrant arrived. he was sent to jail for eleven days. His brother Mahlon was arrested for alleged theft of a farmer's meat. Other notices include marriage licenses issued in Goshen and a foreclosure action against David M. Sbeet et al.

The five year old son of Mr and Mrs John Weaver died last night from cholera infantum. The funeral is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. Loretta Simmons infant daughter of Mr and Mrs Elmer C Simmons died last evening of cholera infantum at their Chicago avenue home. Funeral services will be held at the house Sunday at 3 PM with interment at Oak Ridge.
