County Commissioners Reject Lawyers Petition for Justice Courts
In a county commission session this morning the lawyers petition to restore two justice of the peace courts was denied. Commissioner Fieldhouse supported the restoration while the others opposed trimming the justice system to favor Justice Wheeler. Debates raged as officials questioned authority and the fate of Justice Young’s business left in limbo.
