Nora Wenger 22 daughter of farmer Michael Wenger of Harrison township died this noon at Goshen hospital after an appendicitis operation. She had lived in Elkhart County all her life and was in good health until weeks prior. Survived by her father and three brothers Allen John and Harley Wenger. Remains taken to the family home six miles southwest of Goshen. Funeral arrangements to be announced.

Mrs Dora Viola Egner 43 wife of Charles O Egner an insurance agent and machinist died last evening around 10 at 320 South Ninth Street after four weeks illness from heart trouble. She had lived in the city many years and is survived by her husband a seven year old son Emanuel Bauman parents Mr and Mrs John Bauman and sister Mrs Ray Ralston. Funeral Friday at 2 from the residence with interment at Oak Ridge cemetery.

Thomas Collins, 42, with a lengthy Elkhart court record, was arrested on a charge of criminal assault against the 10 year old daughter of Mrs. Anna M. Grubb.
