Winfield S. Meiser, a former Chicago Fair clothing salesman, lies in a second floor Masonic block room at 124 125 North Main after overdosing on morphine and other drugs to relieve neuralgia of the head. He was found by Noah Rensberger in a stupor, revived, and placed under care with Dr. Ash & Ash reportedly attending. Recovery is uncertain and he had planned to travel to Columbia City.
