The public library board met at Mrs. Mitchel's home and moved toward building a Carnegie library on the March lot. They will invite architects to submit estimates for a Bedford stone two story structure with a ten foot basement and a second floor assembly room. A gymnasium feature with basement equipment is planned to encourage healthful exercises.
