Kucharski is declared elected with C W Miller representing him. Clerk Hult may issue a certificate within five days if no further legal action is pending. In a separate suit, Dr Claude H Thompson seeks 10000 in damages against Maurice Lowenstine in Valparaiso for alienation of his wife. Lowenstine runs the department store and Mrs Thompson studies in Chicago after leaving Athens husband, 1896 marriage.

Whitey suspect identified in Marion arm confrontation
