Ira D. Rowell 83 a longtime Goshen area resident died at his Jefferson township home two and a half miles northwest of Goshen after several weeks ill with Brights disease and complications. He was born February 1 1860 on the Whitaker yard site and farmed most of his life, leaving three sons Frank Willian and Harry and two sisters surviving. Funeral services will be held at the home with Rev Jacob Meduteartf of the First Brethren Church officiating. burial will be at Ridge cemetery.
