Charles A. Alwine 36 of Elkhart died in Elkhart General Hospital from injuries after a Chalmers driven by Percy Fisher rolled twice on the Lincoln highway four miles west of Elkhart. Alwine born in Goshen survived by parents two siblings and a brother. Private funeral Friday at 3 p.m. at home with burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery Goshen. Charles High and LaMar Miller escaped injury in a second Elkhart crash today.
