Elkhart Man Sentenced By South Bend Judge
Dale Fuller 22 of Elkhart pleaded guilty to an affidavit for vehicle taking and was sentenced by Judge Drudier M. Shively to one to 14 years in the Indiana reformatory. The sentence may end at four years due to age. Fuller had prior guilty terms for robbery and forgery at Plainfield, and he admitted involvement in stealing seven automobiles while confessing to the Gunter theft. Two companions were arrested with him. others remain under surveillance.
