City Council Proceedings In Goshen Open Street Plans And Billboard Dispute

Elkhart Sheriff Takes Charles Zellers to Court
Sheriff Thomas this afternoon took Charles Zellers of Elkhart into the superior court where he will plead guilty to assault with intent to commit murder. Zellers shot his wife three times on February 26 and then attempted suicide. He was brought from General hospital to the county jail and later arraigned, receiving a $50 fine and a sentence of two to 14 years in Jeffersonville.

Murderous Horseman Harry O Cooper Held in Knoxville
Warsaw reports former Goshen horseman Harry O Cooper is jailed in Knoxville Iowa charged with murder after a quarrel allegedly ending in a shooting.
