Thrown From a Sulky Frightens Rider on Lincoln Ave

The attorney-general submitted to the senate the Indiana letter carriers whose eight hour claims were passed by the court of claims but barred by the statute of limitations. In Goshen the claimants are Charles W. James for 2701 dollars and William E. Miller for 1980 dollars, with Miller now living in Mishawaka. In Elkhart three names appear Louis T. Rutter 1775, Nelson Bressan 42.15, and William C. Livengood 41.12.
