Indianapolis June 9 State Superintendent today announced he would prosecute Joseph Hall at Marion for selling questions for teachers examinations for state licenses. Hall is believed to reveal how he obtained the questions in Goshen. A Goshen man is also suspected of being in the selling business. His movements have been watched.

Narrow Escape Under Carriage In Factory Precinct
Yesterday afternoon E W Walker was thrown under his carriage and run over by both wheels but escaped with apparently no injury. He sat with partners Lewis and Osborne near his factory when the horse balked at starting. As he attempted to alight the horse plunged, throwing him down and under the wheels. Lewis and Osborne caught the horse in time to prevent a run away. Walker, already feeble, was fortunate to miss serious harm.

Goshen boys win three points at Chicago meet on Marshall Field
At Marshall Field under the University of Chicago, Goshen scored three points in a field track meet. Grinnell, Iowa led with 23 points. RK. B. Kelly earned two for Goshen, Finney one, while Daub and Warden failed to place. Finney was third in the first 100 yard heat. the final heat winner ran 0.1025. Kelly placed third in high jump and fourth in pole vault. Finney took third in the 220 yard dash. South Bend and Culver Academy tied Goshen with eight points. The half mile winner clocked 2:06 4-5, and Indiana estate record 2:11 was noted. Flooding disrupted records. many changed to swimming races. The Goshen squad returned home last night with two silver cups for Kelly and Finney.

Children's Day Exercises At Presbyterian Church
Morning services were devoted to children's exercises with a large attendance. Recitations by the little ones showcased the event, which featured flowers orange blossoms and ponies in decoration.
