Elkhart man Harvey Johnson was released after a preliminary hearing showed a weak case over a team of gray horses stolen from Pat Gaudaur ex-saloonist of Bristol. Gaudaur contended the team was stolen and not sold as agreed. Johnson paid costs and avoided prosecution amid a general misunderstanding. Miss Richter accompanied Johnson in court. Pardon expected next month for Harry Wilson, convicted of manslaughter in Bristol.
