Miller Dies at Cripple Creek Miner at 45 in Colorado
Frank P. Miller formerly of Jefferson township died last night at his Cripple Creek home in Colorado where he worked as a miner. He was 45, left Elkhart county twenty years ago for the west, and his wife is buried there. He leaves six sisters and two brothers. Funeral arrangements are not yet set and burial will likely be at Cripple Creek. Installation of officers at Howell Post 90 and Howell Corps 35 drew a large crowd with Mrs. Miller installing the ladies and Cyrus Seiler installing the post officers. The event featured a ladies drill and lunch of doughnuts, sandwiches, and coffee.
