John W Weaver a farmer living near Goshen was killed when his buggy was struck by Train No 87 at the East Lincoln avenue crossing in Goshen. The horse escaped unharmed but was not found by 11 AM. Weaver left home with Ralph Bickel for the busines district and was identified by a bankbook found on the scene. He leaves a wife and a 12 year old son Ray. Coroner Holdeman ordered an inquest. The body was taken to the Styer morgue.
