At about te o'clock last evening Frank Hascall found flames issuing from Hawks Hardware store ruins. The blaze, smoldering since the morning, was fanned by strong winds and a still alarm brought in the response from one of the boss companies, which quickly extinguished the fire.

Juday Cleared In Damages Suit Over Alienation Claim
Kosciusko circuit court jurors found James Juday not liable for $16 900 in a suit brought by John Tarman alleging alienation of his wife’s affections.
