Me T. H. Brown of Elkhart and her sister Mrs. Earl Wright of near Imceola were made deathly sick Monday by inhaling steam from washing chemicals or a stove while washing clothes. Both victims, though still weak, are on the road to recovery.
Paris reports Premier Briand plans to visit London to press Lloyd George on German reparations. A French foreign official said France is willing to defer cash payments for now while Germany is reorganized and future indemnities are prepared.
Thieves entered the residence of Mr and Mrs Cruce Wallace in Elkhard between the hours of seven and nine. About seven hundred dollars was taken. This marks the third burglary at the residence this year.
