Beacon Light society meets at Mrs Smith Cor home
The Beacon Light society held a regular meeting last evening at Mrs Joseph Smith Cor's home on Sixth and Madison with full attendance. Papers on Hippias and Hipparchus Grecian Governments and Thales were read. Current events were discussed. The next meeting will be at Mrs J H Heatwale's home on Monday December 12. Mr and Mrs Joseph Whitehead near town welcomed a nine pound daughter born this morning.

Mortuary Record for Julia L Wilden Passes Away at Home
Julia L Hyde Wilden aged 64 years 8 months 5 days died suddenly at home on Walnut Hill of neuralgia of the heart. Funeral Thursday at 2 pm from the late home Rev H L Vannuys officiating Oak Ridge cemetery. Survived by husband A F Wilden seven children and several relatives. Mrs Wilden a Presbyterian since 1866 born in London England March 30 1834 came to America in 1835. Weatherwax Andrew died aged 76 owner of Klinger Lake resort leaves seven children.
