Actress wins divorce over desertion by Elkhart husband
Bertha Mosh an actress with the German Theatre company in St. Louis was granted a divorce from Paul Mosh, director and co owner of the theatre, by Judge Kinealy. She testified he deserted her, left for Elkhart to hunt and fish, and provided no support. They married May 28, 1873 and she claims desertion began May 15, 1901.
