Benjamin F. Working, a Concord township farmer near Sugar Grove, was shot in the abdomen about eight this morning by neighbor Mrs Clyde Neterer after a dispute over a wandering cow. Neterer and her husband were arrested and later arraigned on assault and battery with intent to kill charges.
