Hay wagon runs loose in city run
Acson of W. D. Blough driving four miles west of the city hauled a load of hay into town and tied on third street near Lincoln avenue. A horse pulled its bridle off causing the team to bolt up Lincoln avenue and along Third Street to Clinton. The wagon struck an electric light post, one horse skinned a knee and the wagon tongue broke. no other damage occurred and the hay load tipped during the turn onto the sidewalk.
