At 8 30 this morning a scaffold collapse at 115 117 West Clinton street sent Ezra Beard a brick contractor Joseph Greene a brick mason and Albert Beckner a helper to Ash hospital Beard suffered internal injuries and possible skull fracture Greene is in critical condition with feared skull fracture Beckner escaped with minor hurts all three were removing a 200 pound stone cap from the northeast corner of the Latta residence and fell about 16 feet.
