Life Cut Short By Accident In Montana Town
Patrick Mulligan, 46, was struck by a train between here and the Stateline saloon. He suffered a crushed shoulder and a pierced lung, a head gash, and other injuries, but remained conscious until late afternoon before dying. He was a Massachusetts native, known as Pattie, who lived in Beach and filed a claim near Ekalaka. Funeral at St. John Catholic church with burial in Catholic cemetery.

Medora Wedding Joins Brouster and Johnson in Ceremony
John Brouster formerly of Kalamazoo Mich and Miss Carrie Johnson of this city wed last Monday at 10 in Medora with Judge Paxton officiating. Bridesmaid Miss Amanda Hortum and groomsman Angus Smith aided the couple who later hosted a reception at John C Miller’s home. Father and Son Bound Over on Assault Case
State v Crawford and his two sons Gus and Arthur faced trial on assault and battery charges arising from an incident on the John Haigh farm south of the city. The case, moved from Judge Heath to Judge Bond, opened with extensive witness testimony before Judge Bond dismissed the charges after lengthy proceedings and adjournment due to stenographer sickness.
