County Jail Still Leaking Two Escapees From Medora Jail On The Loose
Prisoners George Christian and George Porter escaped from the Medora jail on Tuesday night after the unlocked door allowed them to slip into darkness. Sheriff Charles Will, away at Dickinson, is aiding in recapture efforts as Ed Heitz the jailer reports eight men confined for grand larceny. Christian, 27, 5 ft 11 in, 190 lbs, dark hair and grey eyes, or a scar on the neck. Porter, 5 ft 8 in, 155 lbs, sandy hair, both had been railroading near Marmarth. Each man carries a 25 dollar reward for information leading to their capture.
