Hanna topped with 346, Engerud 189, Blaisdell 125, Grenna 290. Legislative bids: Reeve 497, Robinson 434, Lombard 341, McClellan 304. In county races, Harkins led over McGregor, Konczak led sheriff race, Gallagher led Denoyer, Lebo led Olson, Burgess led Westergaard, Kitchen won superintendent, with Paxton, Arnold, and Plomason carrying other races. North Dakota Republicans celebrated a broad victory, with McCumber securing the long-term Senate seat. Grenna winning the short term, and Hanna potentially pairing with Helgegen. Governor Johnson reportedly led by around 4,000 votes over Buchanan. Burdick favored for lieutenant governor. a slate including Henry, E J Taylor, W C Taylor, Gilbreath, Olson, Flutie, Miller, Mann, Anderson, and Purcell or Stutsman rounded out the state ticket. In other news, Miles team defeated Miles’ toughest foe on the road at Wibaux. Arthur pitched a two-hit gem for Beach, Clemmeo highlighted a stellar defensive play, and Beach won by a four-run margin, while fans and neighbors bristled at the loss. Man Steals Hup Car. Crashes, Injures Foreman
