Minot North Dakota February 5 Judge W C Crawford of the Tenth Judicial district and Judge Leighton were honored guests at a banquet at the Waverly cafe with about ten attorneys attending and praise for the venue. Toasts praised the Eighth and Tenth districts while other speakers included N Davis and several local lawyers. The event was lauded as one of the nicest spreads in the city and marked a happy gathering for the honored guests and the bar. Also noted is Rev Jacob Essig traveling to New York for his brother's death. German services will be postponed.
