Provincial Revenue Tax and Assessment Act dues for 1893 are payable at the Donald Division office in Golden. Assessed taxes list rates for real property land and personal property with due dates and per capita tax, assessed in Golden January 2 1893.
In the Supreme Court of British Columbia a notice to creditors of Henry Connacher, late of Golden in the Kootenay district, deceased January 1895, requires claims and accounts by April 1 1895. Creditors must present securities at Donald Court House April 8 1889 at 10 a.m. before Registrar James Ferguson Armstrong as Referee.
John McRae free miner certificate 4404 intends within sixty days to apply to the Gold Commissioner for certificates of improvements to obtain Crown grants for Simcoe and Lancaster mineral claims. Adverse claims must be sent to the Mining Recorder and action begun before issuance. Dated December 14, 1894.
