Shareholders Meeting at Gloucester Co operative Dairy Co
The annual general meeting was held yesterday with dairymen from the district in attendance. Figures show a strong year, 965 tons of butter produced versus 1016 tons previously, and suppliers were paid 14.07d per lb, 16d higher than last year. The favorable results reflect limited butter supplies in the Commonwealth and strong local sales with little export. A full report will appear in the next issue.
