The report notes flood related pedestrian deaths in January with over one hundred injured as walkers cross roads in a dangerous manner. Your Hospital Contribution to Dak
MILA reports a letter from the Chief Secretary on distributing comforts to servicemen through the Lord Mayor's Patriotsé and War Fund of New South Wales. A central fund would widen distribution, reduce freight, and double tobacco value by bulk purchasing. The committee weighs sending a substantial donation to Sydney, noting extensive support by the fund for huts, entertainments, and hostels, and urging country districts to contribute to aid troops.
