Heatherdale P C Association Meets Reports Donations
The Heatherdale P C Association held its monthly meeting with E Westley in the chair. Present were J Westley J Parish H Parish T Nash L Farley F G Farley C Wilkins E Snape W Snape J Hearne J P White and Sec M J Landers. They noted gate construction by Parish and the president, reported rain gauge and thermometer donated by Landers who funded 6 shillings, with many members contributing further donations. A gramophone and records were budgeted, a euchre party planned for September in Manchester, prizes of two half-guinea coins, and tea sugar and floor material offered by L Farley J Parish and T Nash. A tennis club was to be formed and a lamp purchased. The meeting closed after minor matters. A change of address for Webster, Tuck & McDonald (Sydney) Ltd was announced, now at Government Savings Bank Building, 16 Castlereagh Street, Sydney.
