Cooper fattens a large turkey for his birthday.

Mrs Diep Barnes Dies After Long Illness In Weston Iowa
Jane Barnes aged about sixty six years died Saturday at 11 am at Paul Draper's home near Weston Iowa after years of dropsy. A Lincolnshire native who moved to the U S over 45 years ago she was among Pottawattamie County's oldest settlers and leaves no relatives in the county. She had lived with John Marrin for ten years and recently visited friends before worsening and passing away. Funeral services were held at Paul Draper's residence Sunday afternoon with Rev Jones of Council Bluffs Episcopal church officiating and burial in Hazel Dell cemetery near Weston.
