Roseville Times Citizen reports Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Cramer of Emerson Iowa visiting relatives in Roseville and a Sunday picnic in Elliot Timber ten miles northeast of Roseville. About sixty four attendees enjoyed baskets, photos were taken, and a surprise wedding of M. C. Cupp and Evy Hutchings was noted. Also recorded deaths and a memorial for Rudolph Anderson born 1892 died 1919 in Omaha, with funeral at Emerson Methodist Church and burial in Emerson Cemetery. many relatives attended from distant towns.
