A public notice states a highway vacation plan proposed by commissioners M L Wolfe C W McManigal and W B Bell with L C Matthews. It describes a 10 foot realignment starting at the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of Section 2 in Township 71 Range 43 and extending north to the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 13 in Township 71 Range 4. The plan touches several lands owned by Wolfe McManigal Bell Matthews and others. The report recommends beginning near the described corner and continuing as described. Objections or claims for damages must be filed in the auditor's office before sunset on the Sunday of December 1900 or the highway will be vacated without further reference.
