Judge Smith McPherson on Tuesday sentenced six defendants in the Mabray swindling case who pleaded guilty to using the United States mails to promote fake sporting events. Defendants Hindmann known as the Honey Grove Kid Thielman Ryan Davries Philipot and Cramer received five months in jail and a $1000 fine each. There are several other Mabray cases pending.
