In Mills county Iowa Terry Bueh files suit against numerous heirs and unknown claimants of multiple defendants to determine ownership of part of the E 14 of the NE 14 of section 28 township 72 range 42 and related lands in London Mount Olive. The plaintiff seeks a decree declaring title in fee, barring all other claims, and has the case ordered to be published in Glenwood in July 1911 with four consecutive weekly issues prior to the September term.
