Unusual Mills county lawsuit in Sidney reaches jury verdicts

A land deal lawsuit from Mills county stems from McMullen alleging Harris Tyler deceived him into paying $20 per acre for western land later sold for less. Local Talent Play at Rex Friday July 23

The High School Girls Basketball team faced Red Oak girls in a Friday evening game at Rex. Red Oak won 16 to 2, with marked improvement shown by our girls. Miss Williamson accompanied the group. a return game is planned for February, with the boys’ game added.
