Cypress River resident Lafreniere becomes the first accepted applicant in the S E A program funded by Canada Employment and the Federal Business Development Bank to start a pet grooming shop from home. She left teaching and caring roles, built a plan with counselors, and begins after unemployment ends on June 20 1992.
