The 19th annual Manitoba Open Old Time Fiddlers Contest comes to Holland with an Old Time Dance on June 21 from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the Holland Community Centre and a pancake breakfast on June 22. Glenboro Cypress Capture Tournament Title
The Combines led by Shawn Cory and teammates won the Senior Event in Glenboro on June 1 undefeated to claim the tournament. Glenboro beat Manitou 6-3 in the final after leading 7-0 when called after innings. Kaleida and Clearwater also reached key round results with multiple victors. Ninette Beavers won a six team showdown the same day, defeating Brandon Optimist in the final.
