Annual Meeting Highlights From Keystone Agricultural Producers District 2
About 275 to 300 farmers attended the K A P District 2 3rd Annual Meeting in St Leon on December 3. Guest speakers included Susan VandeVelde of the Farm Debt Review Board and K A P president Jack Penner. The meeting covered debt relief processes, policy goals, and resolutions on C W B payments, a billion dollar aid plan, land use, environmental act and essential service designation for grain handling. Retiring directors were Don Mc Ewan and Edwin Harms. new directors were Jim Biglow Randy Pawich and Denis Comte.
