South Cypress Council Holds Inaugural Meeting 2002 03
The Rural Municipality of South Cypress held its first council meeting in Glenboro on November 12 2002 with declarations of qualification and office. The meeting appointed committees and officials, approved a 2003 board of revision, adopted the 2003 assessment roll, and authorized multiple bylaw readings and infrastructure spending.
