Dunn buried at Chalk Mountain Tuesday
Clinton R. Dunn 58 died Sunday night after a long illness. He lived in Glen Rose after returning from Ft. Worth where he ran a mattress factory and worked in the furniture business. Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Glen Rose Church of Christ. Interment followed in Chalk Mountain cemetery. Pallbearers named. Survived by widow Bessie and two brothers Alford and Felix. Chamber of Commerce Meetup Awards Support for FFA Grass Contest
The Chamber of Commerce met at the Community Center on Tuesday. Rainbow Home Demonstration Club served fried chicken. They voted to give 40 to sponsor a grass judging contest for FFA teams later this year. The contest is financed by Bosque and Erath Counties and will be held in Glen Rose.
