The 18th District Grand Jury returned four true bills. Jimmy C. Poe 22 Jimmy W. Grains 23 and Charles Moore 22 were indicted for marijuana possession. Moore from Euless was arrested Oct. 5 with five baggies of marijuana and is on $1,000 bond. Poe and Grains of the city were arrested Oct. 27 after an undercover DPS agent received a 350 pound shipment valued at about $18,000. each is on $10,000 bond. Jackie L. Richardson, whose address is unknown, faces a charge of passing a $92.45 worthless check at Jerry Parr's Station & Grocery in February.
