The 11th Annual Rattle snake Hunt in Walnut Springs sponsored by the Lions Club will unfold Friday through Sunday with hunting parties pit shows and a big dance. Prizes include largest longest smallest and most pounds of snakes plus one dollar per pound paid to hunters. Winners receive trophies Sunday at the Lions Den.

Travis Branham president of the Somervell County Livestock and Homemaking Association says the group will meet in the high school ag room Monday at 7:30 for final plans of the Junior Livestock and Homemaking Show and to schedule work nights.
