The Optimist Club schedules its 20th annual Youth Appreciation Banquet at Glen Lake Methodist Camp dining hall at 7 30 p m next Thursday. Hearing Date Set On Somervell Beer Election Contest
H M Sego sues the County Judge and County Commissioners of Somervell County Texas over the local option beer vote. The contest is set for April 9 in the 18th District Court Cleburne with visiting Judge Steve Latham hearing at 9 a.m. Sego challenges all aspects of the election after a 413 to 392 tally in favor of beer sales from 805 voters.
