Glen Rose Student Recovering After Rifle Accident
Mickey Garrett a Glen Rose High School sophomore was reported recovering satisfactorily at Marks English Hospital after a Monday night hunting accident. The 22 caliber rifle discharged while he and two classmates Kenneth Halsey and Larry Dempsey hunted near the river, injuring his calf. He lives with his grandmother Mrs. Jessie Butler.
