United Fund of Gladewater Sets 1973 74 Goal
The Board of Directors of the United Fund of Gladewater approved a goal of 18500 for the 1973 74 United Fund Drive. Drive Chairman Tim Bland will appoint division heads and the drive runs October 22 to November 3 1973. A kick off breakfast is planned at St Clair Restaurant at 7 a.m. October 22.

Betty V. Cook assistant cashier at First State Bank of Gladewater will receive the Southwestern Region 1973 NABW Scholarship Award. The awards breakfast occurs October 2 during NABW’s 51st annual convention at the Fairmont Hotel Dallas.
