He noted Hanoi’s refusal to provide a full list of American prisoners and said the effort would continue with an alternative plan if needed. Perot, 39, chartered jets at a cost of about 200000 dollars and arrived in Laos from Bangkok with 400000 dollars worth of parcels. a second plane was awaiting in Los Angeles. He is a Texan entrepreneur, Naval Academy graduate, founder of Electronics Data Systems.
